You have to remove the cancer as soon as you identify it, or the healthy culture you create will be lost.Moral authority is far more powerful and effective than formal authority.If you want people to produce results, give them the mission and let them find their own way to complete that mission. Their initiative is more powerful than your directives.There are few things that do as much to make deposits in relationships as saying thank you.It’s a leader’s job to catch people doing things well and visibly praising those behaviors.Be grateful for the gifts you have already been given. There may not be a bigger sin that squandering the gifts with which you have been blessed.The fastest way to claim value is to create it for others.
